The written interview transcript says she reached her 150 lb bench press goal while studying at UNLV. Exact feat date, reps and bodyweight are unknown. Date is the episode date, confirmed in the publisher archive. The record does not claim a sanctioned world record or a one-rep maximum. She places the lift in her UNLV student years with John Long (around 1980), about 35 years before the stored 2016 episode date.
