“He said his maintenance workouts involve an 88-pound and a 106-pound kettlebell he'd swing, do squats with, and deadlifts.”
CinemaBlend (2024-04-29, republished on Yahoo) paraphrases Momoa's GQ interview for a Guinness partnership; dated to the article month. Also squats and deadlifts with the same bells; no reps given. In the same interview Momoa says he is 230 to 240 pounds (a range, so bodyweight is left empty).

- Kettlebell split squat106 lb × 10
“with 10 to 12 reps for each size of kettlebell. Right now, we have 53-, 61-, 70-, 88-, 97-, and 106-lb kettlebells”
Trainer Damian Viera quoted via Men's Journal (Men's Journal blocks fetches). Viera: six sets of split squats per leg, 10 to 12 reps for each kettlebell size, largest 106 lb; the source does not say if one or two bells. Dated 2021: Univision dates Viera's Men's Journal interviews to September 2021. Eat This article: 2022-08-03.

- Pull-ups2 reps + 88 lb
“Jason Momoa: 2 Reps of 88-Pound Weighted Pull-Ups at 230 Pounds Bodyweight”
BarBend describes a training video. BarBend says it could not count the last rep, so 2 reps may be generous. Checked 2026-10-21 for a better primary source: BroBible and MR Porter also describe the 88 lb weighted pull-ups, but both pages block automated fetches, and the original is an Instagram post we do not fetch. Justice League filmed April-October 2016, so the video may be from 2016; BarBend gives no date.
