Elon Musk Lifts Weight During Meeting (Futurism)Shown in video2023-08-04medium confidence

Musk states the weight himself on the livestream (Friday 2023-08-04). Unit: Business Insider (2023-08-07) quotes his tweet the same day, 'I swing one of the 45 lb weights for a kettle bell workout', so the dumbbells were 45 lb. Reps not given; he moved the curl into a shoulder press. Not independently verified. Confidence raised from low to medium because Musk states it directly and his tweet confirms the unit.
