“I have 200 pounds on the bar”
Date is the interview page date; exact workout days are unknown. He describes completed sets with a hex bar in his side yard, states its 200 lb load, and says he has worked up to that load. The later eight-repetition example uses "let’s say", so the repetition count is null. The source does not separate bar and plate mass.
